My Aikido Dojo_ 2nd Health Awareness Campaign & Aikido Demo ! _ 10 July 2011


Yes! We had a fun weekend during the 1st Health Awareness Campaign at My Aikido dojo on 26 June 2011..

..And we're gonna have it again this coming Sunday,10 July 2011.

There will be a Free Health checks (BMI, Body composition, glucose level & blood pressure) and Blood Test for only RM90! On top of that the Instructors are going to do a 20 min demonstration of Aikido martial art + self-defense techniques..

Don't miss this event and pls bring your family & friends...this Sunday, 10 July 2011 (9am - 1pm).. light refreshment will be provided.
