My Aikido Dojo will be hosting this annual event i.e. Aikido Seminar & Upgrading for all the Dojos under the wings of My Aikido Dojo (Bangi, KDE, Bukit Jelutong & International Islamic University).
The programs will be conducted by a special guest, Suzalie Sensei (4th Dan Black Belt).
Details are as follows:-
Date: July 6th 2013 (Saturday)
Venue: Bandar Baru Bangi Dojo
Time: Children session (8.30am-1pm) & Adults session (2pm-6.30pm)
Fees: RM80 (Children) & RM100 (Adults) for both seminar & upgrading
(Light refreshment shall be served during the event.)
The seminar will
address the practicality of Aikido techniques in our daily life. Participants
will enjoy the in depth explanation of the techniques and some tips on how to
execute them effortlessly. As Aikido is also the “do” to self-discovery, the seminar seeks to share the philosophy
of harmonizing the self and the Universe, thus provides the space for
self-healing from the stressful life.
